Nearly every company in the world uses stock images and videos to market their products and services. It’s why the global market for this content is valued at more than five billion dollars.
But so little of this content includes people of different races, colors, and ages. Even the emergence of generative Artificial Intelligence — used to create text, images, and videos — doesn’t achieve proper diversification.
Pocstock was created to ensure diversity happens. It’s built a library of images companies can use to showcase their content and include diverse people from all backgrounds. And it uses AI to enables companies to easily share images and license them.
More than 1,200 companies use pocstock, including Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Bank of America, and Canva. The company has raised more than $1.5 million from investors including 9.58, a venture-capital firm.
